Every team is assigned a Head and Assistant Coach for the season.

Owner/Director Lexie Gerson interfaces with every team.  She attends all training sessions and is present at events. 

​

All LGB SELECT Coaches meet specific qualifications and undergo a professional development program before becoming an LGB Select team coach.
